This Privacy Policy explains how The Hidden Leaf Cafe ("we", "us", "our"), a business operated by Abdul Kareem at F3, Piaray Ashiyana, Khaja Colony, Bara Imam Road, Kalaburagi, Karnataka 585104, India, collects and uses your information when you use this website (hiddenleafcafe.in) to book a gaming station. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Information we collect

• Booking details you give us: your name, phone number, and the date, time, duration and number of PC stations you book.
• Payment status: whether a booking is paid, pending, failed or refunded, and PhonePe's transaction/order reference. We do not see or store your card number, UPI PIN, bank details or CVV — those are handled entirely by our payment provider.
• Basic technical data: standard information your browser sends (e.g. approximate region, device type) via our hosting/analytics, used only to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

• To create, confirm, hold, cancel and refund your bookings.
• To contact you about your booking (e.g. on WhatsApp or by phone).
• To keep records required for our business and to prevent misuse of the booking system.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely by PhonePe on their own hosted checkout page. When you pay, you are subject to PhonePe's own privacy policy and terms. We only receive confirmation of payment and a reference number — never your full payment credentials.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run our booking system: PhonePe (payment processing) and Supabase (secure database hosting). We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal or accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
