When you pay online, your gaming station is reserved and locked for you — which means it can't be sold to anyone else. Because of that, the following cancellation terms apply. We've kept them simple and fair.

| Between 3 and 24 hours before | 75% refund (we retain 25%, minimum ₹20) |
| Less than 3 hours before, or no-show | No refund |
| If we cancel (equipment/power/internet failure, etc.) | Full refund, or a free reschedule — your choice |
Prefer to move your booking instead of cancelling? You can reschedule once for free to another available slot if you ask at least 3 hours before your original start time.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via PhonePe. They are usually initiated immediately and typically reflect in your account within 3–7 working days, depending on your bank or UPI provider. Any convenience/booking fee (if charged) is not refundable except where we cancel.
