These Terms govern your use of this website and your booking of gaming stations at The Hidden Leaf Cafe,
a business operated by Abdul Kareem, located at Bara Imam Rd, Khaja Colony,
Kalaburagi, Karnataka 585104, India. By booking, you agree to these Terms.
Our service
We are a premium PC gaming lounge and ramen bar. You can reserve one or more of our gaming stations for a
chosen date, start time and duration through this website.
Bookings
- A valid phone number is required to book, so we can confirm and contact you about your reservation.
- When you choose to pay online, your slot is held while you complete payment and is locked once payment
succeeds. Unpaid holds expire automatically and the slot is released.
- Availability shown on the site is live but not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed.
Pricing & payment
- Gaming is charged at ₹80 per hour per station (a 5% discount applies to online-paid bookings).
Deals and food items are priced as shown.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Online payments are processed by PhonePe. We do not store your payment credentials.
Lounge rules
- Please arrive on time. Your station is reserved for the booked window; late arrival does not extend it and
is not separately refundable.
- Treat the equipment and premises with care. You are responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse.
- We may refuse or end service for abusive, unsafe or unlawful behaviour.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Liability
We provide our service with reasonable care but are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing
in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kalaburagi, Karnataka have jurisdiction over
any disputes.
