These Terms govern your use of this website and of The Hidden Leaf Cafe, a business operated by
Abdul Kareem, located at Shop F3, 1st Floor, Piaray Ashiyana, Bara Imam Road, Kalaburagi, Karnataka
585104, India. They cover booking a station, creating an account, ordering food, earning Leaf Coins and
posting reviews. By using any of these, you agree to these Terms.
Our service
We are a premium PC gaming lounge and ramen bar. You can reserve one or more of our gaming stations for a
chosen date, start time and duration through this website, order food to your seat, and collect Leaf Coins
as you go.
Bookings
- A valid phone number is required to book, so we can confirm and contact you about your reservation.
- When you choose to pay online, your slot is held while you complete payment and is locked once payment
succeeds. Unpaid holds expire automatically and the slot is released.
- Availability shown on the site is live but not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed.
Pricing & payment
- Gaming is charged at ₹90 per hour per station on weekdays and ₹100 on weekends (a 5% discount applies to online-paid bookings).
Deals and food items are priced as shown.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Online payments are processed by our RBI-authorised payment aggregator. We do not store your
payment credentials.
Lounge rules
- Please arrive on time. Your station is reserved for the booked window; late arrival does not extend it and
is not separately refundable.
- Damage to property. Treat the equipment and premises with care. If you break or damage any cafe
property or equipment, you are 100% liable and must pay the full cost of repair or replacement.
- No smoking. Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is prohibited anywhere on the premises,
as required by the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 (COTPA).
- No betting or gambling. Wagering, betting or gambling of any kind - including on game outcomes -
is strictly prohibited on the premises. The Hidden Leaf Cafe does not organise or endorse it and accepts
no responsibility or liability for any such activity.
- No alcohol. Drinking or bringing alcohol onto the premises is not permitted.
- We may refuse or end service, without refund, for abusive, unsafe or unlawful behaviour or for a breach
of these rules.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your account
- You may create an account using a mobile number, an email address, or your Google account. You are
responsible for keeping access to it secure, and for anything done through it.
- Log in on a shared or cafe machine and you must log out afterwards. A login stays active for
8 hours, or 14 days if you tick “keep me signed in on this device”.
- Give us accurate details. Do not create an account in someone else's name or with a number that is
not yours.
- You can delete your account yourself at any time from your account page.
We may also close an account that has been used to abuse the booking system, post fake reviews, or
claim rewards dishonestly.
Ordering food
- Orders placed from the QR code are prepared as placed. Once the kitchen has started, an order
cannot be cancelled.
- Food and drink prices are as shown on the menu at the time of ordering.
- Tell us about allergies before ordering. We prepare food in a shared kitchen and cannot guarantee
any dish is free of a given allergen.
Leaf Coins
- Leaf Coins are a loyalty reward, not money. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred,
sold or exchanged, and cannot be withdrawn.
- Coins are earned on gaming time only. Food and drinks do not earn coins, and neither does a
restaurant-only visit.
- 1 coin is worth ₹1 off. Redemption needs a minimum of 50 coins and is capped at 50% of a bill.
Coins can be spent on anything except a restaurant tab.
- Coins expire after 180 days of no activity on your account.
- Bonus coins for following us or leaving a Google review are awarded once each, after we have checked
the claim. We may decline or reverse a bonus that turns out to be inaccurate, and we may reverse coins
earned on a booking that is later refunded.
- Deleting your account forfeits any balance. We may change the rates, caps and bonus amounts, and
will show the current ones on the offers page.
Reviews you post
- Post only your own honest experience. No abuse, no impersonation, no content that is unlawful or
infringes someone else's rights.
- We check reviews before publishing and may decline or remove one that breaks these rules. We do not
remove a review simply for being critical.
- You choose how your name appears, and whether a masked version of your phone number is shown. We
never publish your email address.
- By posting, you allow us to display your review on this site. You can have it taken down by
contacting us, or by deleting your account.
Your data
How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which
forms part of these Terms. In short: we collect what we need to run your booking, order and rewards, we
do not sell it, and you can download or delete it yourself from your account page at any time.
Liability
We provide our service with reasonable care but are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing
in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kalaburagi, Karnataka have jurisdiction over
any disputes.

For any complaint or grievance about our service, bookings, payments or your personal data,
